April saw and inventory recovery! March only had 1 weeks worth of inventory where April had 2. Yet compared to last year we are still way down from 7 weeks of homes available. We saw a big boost in sales compared to last year. The big marker is homes are selling in 13 days on average with home prices UP 24%. What does that mean? If your ready to sell your home. Your value is up and so is demand. If you want to get the most for your home now is a great time to sell. If your buying it is tough out there.
